What is Key Action 1?

This Key Action supports international learning experiences for students, staff, youth, and youth workers. It aims to boost skills, employability, and cultural awareness, promotes innovation and internationalisation in organisations encourages inclusion, diversity, and EU values. KA 1 supports mobility projects that facilitate the integration of people fleeing the war in Ukraine.

In the long run, the combined effect of the several thousands of projects supported under this Key Action is expected to have an impact on the systems of education, training and youth in the participating countries, stimulating policy reforms and attracting new resources for mobility opportunities in Europe and beyond.
