Project: Connecting Communities – Empowering Transitions

In collaboration with our Irish partner, we supported the integration of young migrants from Ukraine into our countries through tailored training resources and social media campaigns. This helped us empower youth workers and migrant youth by offering interactive and meaningful tools for civic, social, and economic integration. To successfully execute the project, we held knowledge-sharing seminars, provided in-service training for youth workers, and created WebQuests to support the integration of displaced Ukrainian people. At the project’s end, we hosted local seminars for young migrants. Our outputs- the WebQuests and integration seminars- allowed us to support young displaced Ukrainian people in Ireland and Bulgaria through enhancing social inclusion and empowerment strateies.
